  • To send you the newsletter you signed up for (with a one-click unsubscribe in every email).

4. Retention

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Anonymised technical logs are retained for up to 90 days.

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security. Only authorised Clisanco staff can view submissions, and access is reviewed quarterly.

7. Cookies

This site uses only strictly-necessary cookies required for basic functionality. We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide an opt-in banner.
